Reporting Staff Availability
To enable the availability reporting feature access the Change Styling settings page and locate the Staff Availability Reporting configuration section and turn on the status reporting option.
Once the feature has been enabled the availability report will be displayed.
The reports displays the totals of staff members per category and the status of each staff is displayed on the organization chart, within the staff directory, overview and map view
To update a staff members availability open the Status Update option by clicking the availability bar displayed on the top of the chart boxes or within the staff directory.
Select the status for the staff member and if appropriate, search for and select a covering staff member.
Upon saving the changes the chart and availability report will be updated.
