Q: Is there any difference in functionality between the plans?
A: The only difference is the number of employees allowed in your organization. All plans offer the full functionality and support offered with TeamOrgChart including the ability to create a chart with any of the data sources we support.
Q: Is it possible to extend my trial?
A: We understand how large organizations work and appreciate it can take time to evaluate our product. If you require an extension to your trial please get in touch explaining the reason and we'll be happy to extend your trial.
Q: Why are your plans based on an annual subscription? Can I pay a one-off fee, instead?
A: An annual pricing allows us to continually support, maintain and improve TeamOrgChart - this means we can spend more time making the tool better, and as a paying customer you’ll benefit from all future upgrades.
Q: Can I pay by purchase order?
A: We happily accept payment by purchase order, please contact us and we'll respond as soon as we can.
Q: How secure is TeamOrgChart? Do you store my organization data?
A: If you create a chart using SharePoint Online, Office 365, Active Directory or SQL server your data will be loaded dynamically and not stored by us - we do not store your data unless you manually create a chart and enter your employee organization data directly, or upload an Excel spreadsheet.
Q: How soon after subscribing can I use my account?
A: You can start a free 30 day trial immediately. TeamOrgChart staff will verify and activate the subscription. Although usually completed within the hour, this can take up to 24 hours.
Q: Does TeamOrgChart come with a support license?
