TeamOrgChart includes an Analysis feature to help you identify data issues and ensure consistency. A default analysis report is provided and is customizable, allowing you to add, modify or remove checks as required.
The default report will check your data for:
circle
Missing or empty data values
circle
Duplicate unique Id's
circle
Missing managers
circle
Circular references
It is recommended to run the analysis report whenever you create a new chart. This ensures any potential data issues are identified early, helping to maintain accuracy and consistency in your organization chart.
Access the analysis report from the Views menu if using TeamOrgChart within Teams or the top level navigation tab if viewing via a web browser.
Use the Run Analysis button to start the report generation, this may take a few minutes depending on the size of your organization.
